Femoral reconstructive procedures for Buergers disease

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of.Buergers disease developed in 40-years old man who was treated at Chonnam university hospital is presented.
The literature on the subject is reviewed and the various surgical management for Buergers disease are described. The profer interpretion of thee preoperative angiography is of utmost importance.
A good operative result was obtained from this patient with intermittent claudication and painful ulceration on right great toe by thromboendarterectomy on right side.
